Read the report before the session
Satisfaction change, the pattern the coach sees, what they agreed. Bring it into the room or ignore it — your call.
Refer the other way too
Sameside refers to Relate and BACP counsellors when a person is needed. If you would like to be on that list, say so in the form.

What do I see?
A progress report per circle: the coach’s formulation (presenting concerns, the cycle, strengths, goals), the Couples Satisfaction Index at the start and at the checkup, weeks reviewed, and the team agreements. Never anyone’s answers, check-in text, notes, journal, repair or chat.
When do I see it?
Only when every member of the circle has consented, separately, from their own account. Any member can withdraw consent at any time.
Does it replace me?
No. Sameside is a coaching tool that refers to counsellors and says so on every page. Practitioner mode exists because between-session structure and measurement make your sessions better, and because clients who cannot yet afford weekly work still deserve something evidence-based.
What does it cost?
Nothing for you. Your clients use Sameside on the normal terms: a free assessment and first week, then £15.98 a month for a couple or the eight-week programme once for £69. We can issue programme codes for you to give clients at a practitioner rate — ask.
How do you protect client data?
Separate logins and answers per person, a coach that is the only reader, a second-pass check on every shared sentence, explicit consent for practitioner sharing, ICO registration, export and deletion on demand. Details on the privacy page.
